Most 'About Us' pages read like a business directory. We want to tell you more of a story and we don't just want to share how we came to be, what you can have for breakfast or when we put the skirting boards in a few years ago. We want to give you a feel for the character of our place because this character is what our customers buy into, especially those who come back to stay with us.    

What sets Breeze Guest House apart?

The Great British Bed and Breakfast was once a warm, hospitable environment with a family feel, sadly this idyllic charm is lacking in many of today's guest houses particularly in urban communities.

Staying at a B&B can often be faceless, soulless experience. You may have stayed at one in non too distant past and found no-one present to greet, guide or reassure you. You may not even have seen your hosts during your stay.

you most likely want more than a roof over your head if you've forked out good money for a guest house. you want to feel welcomed.

that's where Breeze Guest House comes in. we're living proof that a traditional B&B isn't a relic of the past-rather, its alive and kicking here in Bootle.

Thankfully, our design, decor and rooms are more modern (and less clinical) than the B&B's of yesteryear but the ambience is the same.

We couldn't run this place any other way.

We don't just drop your keys in a box for you to collect  and leave you to your  own devices. We're always on hand to help you out,  make you feel at home and leave you with a positive impression of our guest house and Liverpool as whole.

If you don't think Breeze is 'proper sound' by the end of your stay (use of scouseism), then we haven't done our job.
