How much do the rooms cost at Breeze Guest House? Our rooms typically start from £50 per night.
However, the rates can vary based on demand generated by major events in the local area.
Is breakfast included in the room price? Yes, unless you select a Room Only option at checkout.
What breakfast options are available? We provide a continental breakfast throughout the week. This consists of cereals, croissants, jam, toast, yoghurts, fruit, juice, tea and coffee.
We also provide a cooked breakfast on the weekends. This can include bacon, sausages, hash browns, eggs, beans, tomatoes, and mushrooms. We also provide vegan and vegetarian options.
When are the check-in and check-out times? Check-in is from 3:30pm until 8pm. We charge £10 for any arrivals after 8pm.
Please note: There is no 24-hour desk for check-ins.
Check-out is any time up to 10:30am.
What is Breeze Guest House’s cancellation policy? Cancellation must be made two days before arrival.
Are pets welcome? Yes, pets are welcome at an extra charge of £10 per night.
Can I get a one-night stay on weekends? Yes.

Can any of the rooms accommodate three adults? Yes — the
